Tonight was another pool session and practise.
Practised:
Pawlata Rolls - both sides.
Upside-down Re-entries - both sides.
Cowboy Re-entries.
Balance Bracing - both sides, left side a bit weak though.
Screw/Storm Roll - not quite able to get this one yet.
Sculling - left and right, deep water and surface.
Sculling up to Greenland Lay-back Recovery.
Instructing:
Sculling and Lay-downs - goal to develop roll.
Time on water - 2 hours
Instructing - 1 hour
